Providing information about new and existing products and services. Performing Administrative tasks, handling telephonic calls and responding to general customer queries. Scheduling appointments with clients and with engineers Schedule surveys with customers and assign them to surveyors. Providing customer feedback and discussing feedback with the relevant team in order to improve the organisation's services. Keep accurate records and documents of customer service actions and discussions Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
